Ticket Delivery – Will Call
This season, all tickets will only be available through Will Call. Your tickets will be waiting for you at the theater’s box office 1-hour prior to curtain.
Ticket Sales Policies
Ticketing Fees: All ticket orders (online or phone) are subject to a $2 per ticket convenience fee.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange your ticket to another performance, you can do so for a $5 per ticket fee (free for subscribers). Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled curtain time. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be handled by a member of the Cardinal Stage staff. If you have not arrived at the theater by the start of the show, your tickets may be voided and resold. To exchange your tickets email [email protected] or call the Cardinal Stage Box Office M-F 12-5pm at (812) 336-9300.
Late Seating: No late seating. Please arrive at the theatre at least 15 minutes before the performance start time. If you have not arrived at the theater by the start of the show, your tickets may be voided and resold.
Wait List: If a performance is sold out, there is still a chance you can see the show! Arrive 30 minutes before the performance to get in the cancellation line and we will likely be able to find you a seat.
Refunds: No refunds will be administered. If you cannot attend a particular performance, contact the Cardinal Stage Box Office to exchange your tickets at least 24 hours in advance. If this option does not work, you can donate the tickets back to Cardinal Stage and you will receive a tax donation letter for the value of the tickets.
