Weekday School Matinees

Cardinal for Schools

Cardinal Stage offers special weekday matinees for specific shows throughout the season as part of our Cardinal For Schools program. This program significantly reduces the cost of admission so that school children can attend these performances, making them affordable for students and teachers. To accompany the performances, Cardinal Stage creates education materials for teachers, specifically designed to meet curricular standards for the age group. These study guides are created by Cardinal Stage’s Education Committee, which includes local educators and the Monroe County Public Library.
